Yes, but unfortunately that meant the cowgirls won. My brain knew it was better if the Giants list because they are the bigger threat, but my heart wouldn't let me root fire then!

I agree that the Giants are the bigger threat of the two. The only thing is it seems as though they are really shaky at RB. Nonetheless, both teams looked tepid last night and the division should be ours for the taking. We just need to thump the E-Gals on the head tonight and show the division that the East is still ours.

That was a mess of a game last night. Anybody feeling afraid of either of those teams??

And yes, I'm ready for MNF.

Is this the game thread for the week? If so, the title should be a bit clearer; I hope you don't mind me editing, ACW.

I actually felt bad for Romo on that shot, it was brutal. But it brought to light something about Romo, he seems to play BETTER when he is in a lot of pain. Maybe the D should try not to hit him TOO hard, just enough to keep him flustered and sore, but not enough for the adrenaline rush, hehehe.
I certainly hope that we dont come out as lethargic and inept as the Pies and Gnats. I strongly suspect that RGIII, with his penchant for the big stage, will put in a performance more on a par with the western, and elder son of Archie than the younger. The Iggle D has looked shaky and is transitioning from 4-3 to 3-4, and we certainly remember that the change takes time. They only have a few hours, probably not enough. If our D can do even a reasonable job, we should win this by a decent margin.

my guess: 44-24

Anything can happen, but I agree with your thinking, HarleyHog. I think RGIII is going all out tonight.

It is funny people ask me which NFCE team I hate the most that is an easy answer! Of course I hate the Cowboys the most.

However if someone asks me which fan base I hate the most, that is easy too, it is of course Philly. The EGirl fans are by far and away the most obnoxious, the Cowgirl fans are just too superficial to hate.

My most hated owner in all of team sports is by far and away John “you cheating thief” Mara!

Anyone want to take a guess as to who the five inactive players will be?

Here's mine:
- Rex
- Pat White
- Jordan Reed
- Even Royster (this depends is Chris Thompson is the PR or not) (it will be one of those two)
- Chris Neild (only because they are planning to be in nickle and dime all game)

Rex inactive, eh? That would definitely say a lot about RGIII.

I think Pat White is going to be active and on the field for at least one play tonight. And not playing QB. :)

Pat White will certainly be active - handing out the half time gatorade. Can't see him being in uniform at all though.

The game kicks off after midnight over here in the old world - can't wait :-)

I agree with that, all except Chris Neild. Barry Cofield is playing with a club, so I would guess Chris would be needed tonight.

As a whole, I agree with you on the Philly fan base, but of the fans I know personally, give me the Smeagols over the vaGiants any day.

I think Jordan Reed will be active, and actually play a pretty big role.
