Chad Ochocinco Slaps Lawyer's Ass in Court

Talk about the AFC, NFC, the NFL Draft, College Football... anything football that has no Washington Football Team relevance.

And in other breaking news, water is wet.

The man's legal name is Chad Ochocinco. He changed it TO THAT.
I know he got a pretty good zip on the ball. He has a quick release. . . once I seen a coupla' throws, I was just like 'Yeah, he's that dude.'"

Water being wet is actually debateable. Not so with Chad and his foolishness in the courtroom. Monkey

Also, On July 24, 2012, Ochocinco changed his name back to Johnson.

And Ochocinco doesn't even mean eighty-five.

It'd be like Griff changing his name to Onezero.

BTW ...

85 is the product of two prime numbers (5 and 17), and is therefore a biprime; specifically, the 24th biprime not counting perfect squares. Together with 86 and 87, it forms the second cluster of three consecutive biprimes. The aliquot sum of 85 is 23 within the aliquot sequence (23,1,0), 85 being the second composite number in the 23-aliquot tree.

85 is an octahedral number, a centered triangular number, a centered square number, and a decagonal number.

85 can be expressed as a sum of two squares in two ways, 85= 92 + 22 = 72 + 62, the lowest number to have this property with all squares greater than 1. It is also the length of the hypotenuse of four pythagorean triangles.

In base 10 it is a Smith number.

85 is 1111 (a repunit) in base 4.

85 was also the jersey number of a fool.

Say what?
I get it now. You meant 9^2 + 2^2 and 7^2 + 6^2.

Cut and paste error:

9^2 + 2^2 = 7^2 + 6^2 = 81 + 4 = 49 + 36

I know what you're saying but he actually got 30 days for violating probation. She denied his plea deal because he made a mockery of the court. The butt slap was the clincher as he displayed flippancy throughout.

Johnson, 35, reportedly failed to report to his probation officer twice and didn’t show the required proof of enrollment in a domestic violence education class.

He received 12-months’ probation after a 2012 conviction that involved ex-wife Evelyn Lozada and was required to take domestic violence intervention classes.

The former Dolphins receiver was accused of head-butting his then newlywed wife during an argument in front of their home outside Miami and was then arrested and charged with simple battery and domestic violence.

Their disagreement began on August 11, 2012 when Lozada, 37, confronted Johnson about a receipt she found for a box of condoms. She was later treated for a cut on her forehead.

He appeared before a Broward County courtroom May 20 over the alleged probation violations when the judge ordered he be arrested and jailed with a bond set at $1,000.

While a plea deal was in the works Johnson screwed it up by slapping his male lawyer’s butt during the hearing, which enraged the judge who asked him if he thought this was all a “joke.”

“I had no intent to make this a joke,” he said, “because my life is in shambles right now.”

In turn, the deal was tossed, the former pro athlete was kicked out of the courtroom and has now been sentenced to a month in lock down.

In addition, his probation was extended to December 21, 2013 with 25 hours of community service and extra therapy sessions.

The jail time IS for domestic abuse. He had plea bargained. The prosecutor had agreed. The hearing was for the judge to sign off on it... when he decided to clown out, she said, "screw that" and threw out the plea deal... meaning, "sit your ass in jail".

He got probation for the domestic abuse but being the knucklehead that he is, he missed two meetings with his probation officer and never enrolled in a domestic violence class as ordered, which is why he was back in court. He had a deal in place that would have added 90 days and community service to the original sentence. Again Chad being Chad he slapped his mouth piece on the ass in front of a legally blind Judge and got 30 days of tax payers hospitality.

This guy was on top of the world just 3-4 years ago. He could be having beers in the Bahamas, but instead he's probably squandered almost all of his money and admits that his life is in shambles. What a waste.

What makes the judge an idiot? Holding an ass accountable for his behavior? This was not the first time Johnson was a jerk in her courtroom... at an earlier hearing, Mr 85 was called, along with his attorney and the Prosecutor (also a woman) to the bench. Once there, Mr 85 put his arm around the shoulder of the prosecutor. She directed him "do NOT touch me". He persisted. She stated again "I am warning you... get your hand off of me". After a delay, he complied. I mean, seriously, he is in court, on charges relating to domestic violence, among the most severe forms of disrespect towards women... and here he is, imposing physically upon... and disrespecting... a woman officer of the court... in front of the judge.

So... who is the idiot?

Frankly, were it me on the bench... he'd still be crying in his cell..

I thought that was why he called her a idiot... but I could be wrong.

Chad played for 10 years in the NFL, at a high level, and reportedly has less than $5M to his name. Seven days in jail didn't teach him anything.

no... that makes her a liberal.

HOWEVER... her role in this situation was to simply rubber stamp a proposed penalty that had been agreed upon by the state and the defense... unless someone gave her a reason to overide said agreement...

Someone <cough: 85> gave her a reason.
