This does not mean that other posters who have enjoyed this website for years cannot help if they have not done so up to now.

Come on, guys, whatever you can will be appreciated by all.

That is why we have the best fans in the NFL.

RiC is right - ALL is appreciated because it all helps my family do what's right - which is for me to try and do NOTHING for the next month.

It isn't easy for me - it isn't my nature to sit idly by, but in this instance, I don't have a choice.

I thank each and everyone of the few of you who made a donation, and I want you to know that every drop is going to supporting my family in this tough time. Thank you all for your consideration and patronage.

I just saw this now (hey, my team is still in the NHL hunt). Mark, I'm glad to hear that you are on the mend, and I'm happy to donate to your recovery efforts. Get well, my man, and please keep us posted on your progress.

wondering

Post by GermanRedskin »

hello from a european newbie, i follow thehogsnet for a couple of years, but never really thought about register as a member...up to the moment i read this threat...and first of all

BossHog, all the best wishes for your recovery and for your family

and - to be honest - im surprised and feel a little sad when i have to realize that obviously only a few skins-fans are really willing to help someone who does such a great work for the skins-community for so many years
i know, its offseason and maybe only few members are active here at the moment, but this is one of the moments in life where you can not only talk about support, but really do it...

if the skins-family is what i hope it is, there should be a lot more of support for such a worthy family-member

i made my donation - wont talk about the ammount - BossHog will see it

and i wish a lot of the old member will follow the newbie

get well soon BossHog...and maybe we will meet someday...i would be proud

Could you PLEASE post this thread as a STICKY in this thread?

PEOPLE we have come here FOR YEARS and enjoyed this website. Some of us have thousands of posts. The Skins are our passion and this is the website where we contribute, vent and spread whatever knowledge and advice we have. Is it fair to ask you to support at a time of need? Is this the right thing to do?

Something else:

I will match a donation of $100 pledged and made by somebody.

OK, who is with me?

Hi there, RiC, I'm with you. Sluggish because I'm now semi-retired, but Boss has been on my mind.

Mark,

I saw on twitter a while back that you were unwell, had no idea it was a heart attack. I've not been on here for months due to work and relocating my family to Ireland from London, so only seen this now.

Are you back at work..? Do you still need support..?? Let me know and I'll head to the donation page. I don't have much spare cash just now but will do what I can.
