The problem is you have national guys like Mike & Mike who gush about whatever new shiny toy like it is the best ever - right now that is Kap and Wilson - RGIII has been forgotten.
The voting for all these awards closed the week before the playoffs began. Also Kaepernick is not a rookie.
RGIII should definitely win Rookie of the Year. He is the most deserving candidate. Would be a real shame if they gave it to someone else.
