Seahawks fan behavior.

Talk about the Washington Football Team here. Do you bleed burgundy and gold?

Seahawks fan behavior.

Post by Tacoma Redskin »

Here's an example of why I haven't gone to a game in Seattle since the 2005 playoff game. I observed the same behavior then. I heard it was worse at the 2007 game.

i went last year in all my Redskins gear and no one said a word. I thought their fans were great - especially since I have to deal with the Philly fans all the time.

They are much tamer when they aren't doing well.

Read the comments to that article. What a bunch of worthless scumbags they have in that town. Real scumbags. They feel it's their RIGHT to shout in the faces of opposing fans. When someone compared the atmosphere of college games to CHawks, these cretins went on class warfare tirades. I hope we hang 100 on their beloved team. Shut 'em out to shut 'em up.

I had really good seats which may explain why people were not rude.

They seem like soccer fans to me-just like to make noise

Sadly that behavior can be witnessed at all NFL stadiums these days.. I have seen it at FedEx Field just the same.. Sad when fans cant handle their alcohol and I dont intend to sound anti drinking in saying that because I def enjoy a few brews while tailgating and at the game but I choose not to disrespect others simply for being the fan of an opposing team ( except for Philly fans)

They still won't get over our SB 40 victory.

I think the article speaks more to how we act in society as a whole than just a group of fans. There are a lot of jerks out there who take the game and make it something that its not meant to be. It is unfortunate I have to seriously consider taking my kid to a game, because of unruly people who act irresponsibly and without a filter.
