I believe that they have a relationship that is a bit different from your typical HC QB relationship. And I think that is all because of who RGIII is.

Until recently, Snyder & Allen have made a lot of really bad decisions - nobody with any sense believes this franchise will get better under their guidance

Yeah, I'm gonna go ahead and completely disagree with this platitude. Robert Griffin is responsible for a healthy percentage of the infectious winning attitude that this team has been playing with, accounting for much more of the reason why the 7 game win streak has happened than just his play and production.
