Italy upsets US Hoops in exhibition...

Post by Redskins1974 »

From Sportsline.com:

O L Y M P I C S
Italy shocks U.S. men's hoops team
The U.S. men's basketball team suffers an embarrassing exhibition defeat on Tuesday, losing 95-78 to Italy.
The opinion of 10,000 men is of no value if none of them know anything about the subject.

With the exception of Tim Duncan, they all only care about stats and themselves. Overpaid prima donnas... !

Well, at least we can put to rest any chance of calling them a "Dream Team". The US has fallen hard in olympic b-ball. How sad.
Back and better than ever!

I wonder what would happen if that entire Italian team was an NBA team. How do you think they would fair?

I agree, and that speaks volumes about chemistry involved in basketball (as if the Pistons winning the title wasn't enough)...
