IMO, it was Bowen's best game.

Hopefully he can continue that progress.

As Rich has pointed out repestedly... many of Bowen's problems have been system related as opposed to just bad playing...
Sean Taylor was one of a kind, may he rest in peace.

I'm sorry, but I think Bowen was one of our best free agent pick-ups this off-season. I'm not just saying that because I wrote "Renaissance Man - One of the Skins Solid Prose" (see the Exclusives section).

I think Bowen has the energy, heart, and determination to be an impact player in that position. Hopefully, the "system" will allow him to improve each week...and y'all will see why I like him so much.

I was at camp... I know why to love him. I wrote numerous reports on how great I thought he looked.

He has had some dismal performances in the reg. season though, and dropping balls that hit you in the numbers has nothing to do with systems. He has been getting better weekly, which is more than 95% of the team can say. If the 'system' worked at all, I'm sure he'd have had an even better season. He's young, has some good tools, and will hopefully continue to improve.

I think Coles was still our best pick-up... Randy Thomas second. I would probably even put Hall up there too, he's been our most solid kicker for years.

Then Bowen or Chad Morton. I'd have put Morton ahead but his injury keeping him out of action has to be taken into account.

i'm perfectly happy with bowen in the secondary. with the exception of dung canidate, and recently rod garder, i'm perfectly happy with the line up. i hope we draft a stud d-lineman, but other than that don't want to see much change in the offseason(other than the obvious...AHEM..bailey)

He definitely didn't play up to the snuff that he had been playing. The wrong angle on that long TD pass was a bad mistake. I still say he is on the plus side on my ledger sheet, but he screwed up a couple of times last night.
