Of course he would never say that, being a humble young man.... (hahaha)

Nice cover. Hopefully I can get this on the Left Coast...!!!

He's already been on the cover before so hopefully he beat the curse.

Uhm, that looks awesome.
I know he got a pretty good zip on the ball. He has a quick release. . . once I seen a coupla' throws, I was just like 'Yeah, he's that dude.'"

Your local news stand, Walmart, Barnes and Noble, Target, BOM, and any number of other places where magazines are carried.

Not a fan of him being on the SI cover. I'm not superstitious, mostly because I think it is bad luck to be superstitious.

Si cover... Playing a team we should near after an upset win... Smells like a recipe for an upset of our own.

This is the "east coast version," apparently. Would that be on newsstands in California?

no worries really - win or lose, this week and every week will mainly be because of how we play

The Rams are a very good team, but they do not have anywhere near the offense that New Orleans has
Until recently, Snyder & Allen have made a lot of really bad decisions - nobody with any sense believes this franchise will get better under their guidance
Snyder's W/L record = 45% (80-96) - Snyder/Allen = 41% (59-84-1)

Good boy, Robert:
RG3 steers clear of the hype

Robert Griffin III knows he’s on the cover of this week’s edition of Sports Illustrated.

Just don’t expect the Redskins’ rookie to pick up a copy and read the article.

“I try to stay away from everything,” he said Wednesday. “Don’t read too much into anything. I know a couple of [reporters] asked London [Fletcher], ‘How do try to stay grounded after you have a game like that?’ You just don’t read anything. You don’t listen to it.”

Asked if his life had changed any since Sunday’s historic NFL debut in New Orleans, Griffin said, “Nah, not really.”

An admitted homebody who arrives at Redskins Park early and leaves late, Griffin said it hasn’t been hard avoiding the hype on the internet and airwaves.

“I’ve kind of just stayed away from it,” he said. “I do watch T.V., so I’ve heard a few things. But it’s not like I’m looking up articles trying to figure out what everyone is saying about how I performed. You just move on to the next week, and I made sure I did that Monday morning.”

after seeing the cover of SI - I agree, this is a recipe for a big upset

The Redskins are only favored by 3 AND mainly because of what happened last week in Detroit ... NOT what happened in New Orleans

this week the Redskins will win big
