“I told [special teams coach] Danny [Smith] a long time ago that I don’t care what happens. I’ll play through anything,” Sundberg said. “They’ve given me the opportunity to play on this team and I’m going to give them everything I have in every game I play in. It doesn’t matter. Right when it happened, I knew. I was like, ‘Dang it. This sucks.’ I think it helped that I had already broken it before, so I didn’t know what to expect, but you know, I just kind of had to fight through it and tell myself that it didn’t hurt. It was awful.”

Sundberg said he suffered the same injury in high school. “I can feel it moving around, yeah. I broke the same bone before, so I know what it feels like.”
Now that's bleeding burgundy and gold!

Like a boss. Is he going to be able to play next week or are they going to hold him out?

I would think they will put the arm in a cast, and he will play on.

Holy!!!

He was using both arms to long snap, right...?

Or was he getting by with the right arm...??

I mean, to long snap with a broken arm, OUCH!!!!!

I like him, can we not train him up to block better, get him to backup the OL or is he too small...?? It sounds like he'll do whatever we ask of him...

It really depends on if its an injury where it's broke bad enough it can't get worse and depends on your pain tolerance then he would prolly play but if it's something that can get worse they might hold him out for awhile to get healthy.

Also it's gotta be somewhat hard to long snap with a cast especially a hard cast so we will see.......

He's only 6' 251lbs so way too small for the oline

Most long snappers are smaller anyways cuz they have to get down the field on those punts

Let this man serve as an example for the rest of them on special teams. Get your job done, guys.

Good example, not only for special teams but for everyone. I really like his determination.

I have a feeling that he won't be needed...
