Bolts RB Mathews exits with shoulder injury
Ryan Mathews was forced from the Chargers' preseason opener Thursday night due to a shoulder injury.
Mathews rushed just one time for five yards before Ronnie Brown took over. Although the Chargers announced that Mathews is done for the night, the severity of the injury is not known. Mathews wasn't going to play more than two series regardless. We'll update Mathews' status as information becomes available.
