John Beck to the Texans

Talk about the AFC, NFC, the NFL Draft, College Football... anything football that has no Washington Football Team relevance.

John Beck to the Texans

Post by andyjens89 »

The Houston Texans agreed to terms with [John] Beck on Wednesday, according to the Houston Chronicle. Beck will presumably compete for the No. 3 quarterback role with undrafted rookie Case Keenum behind starter Matt Schaub and backup T.J. Yates.

Daniel Snyder has defined incompetence, failure and greed to true Washington Redskins fans for over a decade and a half. Stay away from football operations !!!

Not exactly, but I'd bet that's why the Texans were the team that picked him up.

Schaub won’t participate in team OTAs to rehab his injured foot, so the Texans needed a arm that knows the system

Presumably, Mr Beck will be preparing in full expectation of being the starter? If it's possible for an era to last only 3 games, I'm very glad to say that the Beck era is over.
