I would like to see Ramsey given a chance with the right protection. Last season he never got the chance to show us what he's really got. He has a powerful arm and I'm sure during preseason we'll get the opportunity to see how accurate it is.

Hail REDSKINS !!
As a Brunell fan, I'm so glad he went to the Redskins. May the best man start.
I know the Dolphins was a possible destination for Mark. What a relief, especially with Ricky Williams pulling the early retirement. Now I'm not so proud to say that Ricky went to the same high school as me (Patrick Henry High - San Diego)

I hope Brunell starts. P-Ram has not proven much except how tuff he is.
P-Ram is still shell shocked and holds on to the ball toooooo loooonnnng and just think, everybody thought it was SOS fault.
Hasselback comes in and throw nice little passes and made nice completions, except 4 the Dallas game.

IMHO Ramsey will never be a NFL qback
and Gibbs would have never put the future in his hands...ill go ahead and say thgis will be Ramseys last year with the skins
That was the question you asked, but it can't be honestly answered until after you've seen 'em both play. What could you possibly base it on ? Brunell two years ago ? Ramsey two years ago ?
If you're asking who the emotional favorite is, then the question is moot. The emotional answer is the guy born and raised here. If that's the answer you were looking for, you'll get it.
For me, I want the best quarterback we have in camp to be the starter. It could be Ramsey, Brunell, Hasselbeck, Hamden or Rod Gardner for all I care. I want the one that gives us the best chance to win, which can't be determined at this time.
Screw reputations. Give me the guy who wows us all for those few short weeks in August.

No way, Ramsey is the future. Brunell is here as a mentor and to provide a capable starter in case Gibbs is not comfortable with Ramsey's progress in his offense so far.

ramsay/brunell
While I've followed Mark Brunell from the very beginning, this is a true win/win scenario. Two very capable QBs playing off of each other, great WRs in Coles, Gardner, Thrash, etc., and Clinton Portis at RB. At least it's not like Miami's situation, where you have to wonder which QB won't wallow in mediocrity this year--especially with no more Ricky Williams in the backfield.

What does that picture mean? Did he have a really good showing during passing camp, or did you just want to get post 1000 under your belt? Congrats on the milestone, BTW.
