So I guess that there's no such thing as civil liberties in Canada, eh?

That could never happen in America. If it did every police officer involved would be fired and the Chief of Police would have to step down in disgrace.
Can you even imagine getting hauled off to jail, getting strip searched and having your house searched all over a child's picture? I mean... do they have no laws in Canada?

Stuff like that DOES happen here... and, sometimes with clear malice...
Doesn't make it any less outrageous... It's just what happens when the government considers it's citizens subordinate to it'self...
I don't know if there is a course for redress in Canada... but there is here.

Those Canadians are aliens and a danger to all civilized values of freedom and democracy. They often infiltrate the whole of the USA without being much noticed. Watch out!!!

Of course we can notice them... they are all wearing green tuques, with red maple leaf appliques.
and, they're all polite, and crap...
They stick out like... Canadians... eh?
I'm not worried... apparently, none of them are armed...

what? That daddy is a subject of the queen? Frankly, I'm impressed that she'd consider him important enough to have a conversation about.PickSixerTWSS wrote:This is pretty funny.

Wow, this is just insane.
And absolutely this could happen in this country at any moment, escpecially in light of the fact that anyone can be stripped searched for any arrestable offense prior to being placed into gen. population, now.
So insane but very possible.

I know he got a pretty good zip on the ball. He has a quick release. . . once I seen a coupla' throws, I was just like 'Yeah, he's that dude.'"

I have held .50Cal cartridges in my hand during my service. They used to be employed in anti-aircraft machine guns in WWII. Enough to go through light armour let alone an enemy on foot. There are so many factors involved in making the "2,000 yard club" that it seems almost impossible to me to comprehend how can that be achieved. A 1,000 yard shot is already a tremendous achievement of marksmanship even for a good sniper team and the difficulty increases with every 100 yards added to it.
Interesting part of the video is that the US .50Cal cartridges appear to have better aerodynamics than the ones made in Canada. Interesting stuff.

Never fired the Barrett... but I've put a few rounds through Ma Deuce...
I'd call it a highlight... THUMP... THUMP... THUMP...
I know the Barrett is buffered... I can't imagine firing it from the shoulder... but I sure would love to.

Did you have a doubt?
Nobody knew prior to that Mission if you want the truth. When it comes to ammunition and light weapons, several other countries do a great job too. I am not sure how familiar you are with light weapons in general but there are some great European guns and ammo out there as well. Nothing wrong with American ammo though but everybody has had a jammed gun sometime regardless of the origin of the ammo.
Interestingly, one of the most important parts of my current job is to make sure that none of them ever get to be used in anger anywhere in the world.

People like me do not seem to be doing a good enough job out there.
