Thanks for the link. I signed the petition, and read those articles. Just made me more PO'd at the NFL and the strong arm tatics employed to get NFLPA to go along with this. I have never been a fan of salary caps and trying to "level" the playing field. Really hope Mara has to eat his words.....lucky not to have lost draft picks, huh.......

I can't sign that thing!

It is asking Congress to get involved.

First, Congress has more important things to do. Second, the usually screw things up when they get involved. And third, the NFL has deeper pockets than the Skins and Cowgirls (I'm not saying that Congress would be sway by the deepest pockets, just inferring it

)

What ridiculous pretense that this robbery was in the interest of competitive balance. A team that has finished at the bottom of the division 3 of the last 4 seasons using an opportunity to create cap space to improve is working towards improving competitive balance, not damaging it. Mara and (notso)Goodell belong in jail.
