Are the Redskins banking on getting RGIII or..
would they be just as happy to get Andrew Luck if the Colts took RGIII?

I can honestly say for the first time ever, that I can care less who we get (between both of those guys).. it's a Win/Win for us anyway you look at it.

I'm believe RGiii > Luck
His drive and skill set are unmatched by any prospect qb maybe even ever. Not saying he will be the best to play the position... But I'm sayin he sure has all the tangibles.
Luck will not be a bad think and possibly has a better transition year one. Possibly. Maybe.

that's why they contacted peyton manning multiple times first and after learning he didnt want them they then decided to dump all their future draft picks for pick #2.
that's what you call Redskin planning. Ha.

It's called blowing smoke miss poster... Girls aren't always the most football savi so ill help ya... We wanted to seal a trade before FA started so we blurred a desire to get a legend. Smart move actually. Take notes shanny does NOT show his hand a moment too soon Ever and always leads the media astray

1.5.2. Happy Passover!

The trade was a huge steal for both the Rams and the Redskins
there is very little doubt (amongst those that really know anything about the NFL) that Andrew Luck and Robert Griffin III are going to become future great QBs in the NFL
We could have given up more and still felt it was a GREAT trade for this franchise - NO DOUBT

Until recently, Snyder & Allen have made a lot of really bad decisions - nobody with any sense believes this franchise will get better under their guidance
Snyder's W/L record = 45% (80-96) - Snyder/Allen = 41% (59-84-1)

Is take him over any qb in the game he very probably will be a legend imo. His work ethic is unmatched

Clueless and desperate, as usual. The Redskins already loved Luck... and fell in love with RG3 during the interview at the combine... THAT is when they went all in... Manning was a straw man to speed up the Rams decision... The Redskins are now stocking up on weapons for Griffin... I'm sure that makes being a Jerruh's Girls fan worse than ever... so sad.

wrong. of course. there's no guarantees in this. there is always some doubt with any single player. There's a lot of factors to consider. look at where he's going to go play...Washington...a place that is not conducive to winning. he's slight of build and I bet he's not going to play many, if any, 16 game seasons. look at m. Vick. similar skinny build, always hurt.

Yes, because 6'2 223 is the exact same thing a 6'0 215, they're practically twins! Everything about them will be the same from here on out! I bet they even pee with the same hand (middle, for those who are curious). WAIT OMG YOU'VE FIGURED IT OUT, VICK IS BEING DRAFTED UNDER A PSEUDONYM.

The Redskins will be a playoff-caliber team over the next 10 years because of this trade. They did not give up too much. No way. Three first-round picks and a second-rounder is the correct price for a franchise quarterback - especially one whom you don't have to give $50 million guaranteed to right away.
This was also a great trade for the Rams. They'll be in great position to improve their roster over the next few years with all of their first-round selections. In fact, the only losers in this deal are the teams in the NFC East, who will now have to deal with a quarterback who looks like he could be the next Steve Young, and the Browns. I'll get to them later.
*** OTHER 2012 NFL DRAFT POSSIBILITIES: ***
1. None - The Redskins didn't trade up to No. 2 to take anyone but Young Griff.
