I would be that he does get one! - First full game - 100 yrds - Athletic TD? Heck, give him two the one he scored with and one for the game.

Missed most of the game today but was at least able to catch the tail end in the car... Been a while since I heard us lineup for victory formation.

HELU is the real deal

Didn't see Rocky Mc on the field. Nice to see Riley and Jackson stepping up. Barnes and other youngster are coming up too.

They did it about as tortuously as possible, but I was very proud that they sealed the deal. Hail to the Redskins!

And how about those defensive stands? Heroic play from our guys at the end of the game.

I can't find the quote from earlier, but someone was talking about Williams running his mouth. Listen, I hate when it goes too far, but I ABSOLUTELY love the nastiness. This needs to continue. We need a nasty identity on the O-line and it starts with his. If he can control it, and continue to shut down their playmakers, I am ALL for it.
Miss you 21

Well executed by the players... but very bold calls by Haslett... the team, I think, is starting to really get it...

It would be good if the Offense could be a little consistent.
It was really good to see Kyle actually commit to the run game today... and was rewarded by excellent results in play action. Sure... it helped that Helu got himself some credibility, but when the run game is working, you make them stop it... or shove it down their throats.

Well... he found that Tavaris Jackson is no better than Rex when he knows it's coming... If the shoe had been on the other foot, Rex would have tossed a pick 6...

Chief, I can agree that a certain type if nastiness is good, like the Ray Lewis type where you actually do something to warrant talking. If Williams jawed with some Hawks and then flattened some guy on the next play, then I am all for it.

The stuff that Davis did with the ball was petty. The stuff that Landry and Hall is pathetic. Hall talking crap to the Hawks and then promptly layed on the field rubbing his goin area and continuing to talk crap as the trainers just looked at him. That wasn't nasty - that was sickening. I shudder to mention Landry's failed butt tackle over the middle - that was hardly nasty with the guy gaining an extra 15 yards. I'd rather the players get nasty with their play rather than their mouths.

I do agree with you that the attitude on this team needs to change - Kick Some A!

Let's face it, the only reason the Skins won is because the Oceanchickens are a bigger joke than the Skins are...that was a lousy game played by two horrible teams...

Grampi, this was the first game of the seaon that the Redskins stood up in the 4th quarter. I'm thrilled with the outcome. The team showed some tenacity, some guts, and did not give up.

I'll be thrilled when they're playing for the playoffs and not draft picks....
