You're funny. You know that Shanny was guaranteed 5 years right. His buyout has a clause in it that means he gets a HUGE payday if they let him go. Sorry but rebuilding hurts and we're in the thick of it.

Frank, I'm not trying to be facetious. I completely understand rebuilding. However, there's no growth to this team. We're not seeing progress. Shanny isn't getting it done.

I don't think Shanahan is going to get fired, but it's not impossible. Certainly his contract won't get in the way. Gibbs opted out, Schottenheimer got fired, and Spurrier.

If Snyder wants to fire him, he will. He's shown a willingness to pay.

I understand that apparently the screens are all we have on offense. But if you were the coach in this situation would you be calling screens?

yeah but snyder is maturing somewhat and he LOVES shanny. and I personally believe this team is totally moving in the right direction. we filled a LOT of holes on this team. What we are seeing right now, is that we STILL have a LOT of holes...can only make so many improvements per year. With another strong draft next season, we should be much better. Probably a couple years before we see the playoffs though...
