I think he was pointing out that only speed would have helped. I think Deshaun was the fastest receiver that year.

You know, it was Shanny's fault to go after McNabb who screwed us with his poor attitude, but I can't blame him for not getting a QB this offseason. Who was available? Kyle Orton who never got traded? Carson Palmer who was traded mid season for a boatload? The market sucked and there wasn't anyone to draft. We got Kerrigan instead of Blaine Gabbert and Andy Dalton was selected before we picked again.
