No. THAT'S as much on BECK.... You don't throw a 5 yard check down in that situation. If you don't have the deep guy, THROW IT AWAY!!!!!
The fact that that route is even used in that situation is baffling

As always, the qb's, although not very good, have no chance to look good because of bad Wide Receivers.

The fumble by gaffney, who was wide open when Beck hit him, is on Beck for throwing it to him?
I know he got a pretty good zip on the ball. He has a quick release. . . once I seen a coupla' throws, I was just like 'Yeah, he's that dude.'"

No it's not. This is Kyle Shannahan we're talking about. He couldn't call a HIGH SCHOOL game, nevermind an NFL game.

Beck should never even have been LOOKING at Gaffney, or any receiver who wasn't at least 35 yards downfield.

Redskins resuming the tradition of playing down to the opposition?

If I do, it'll be to start mixing the fertilizer and gasoline in the back of that UHaul truck downstairs in order to drive it into Redskins Park.

Close game at the half with a shoddy Panthers defense and shoddy Redskins offense.

Fine... they severely limit internet access for convicted felons in prison... that'd take care of at least one problem that I can think of...

Sort of surprised at the level of negativity on here. A defensive slugfest was our only chance to win this game. We're still in great position to be up when the final whistle blows.
