Barring any technical difficulties, I'll be on the Brian Mitchell's show tonight at 7pm. I say barring any tech difficulties cuz my interwebs connection bad today... and I'm Skyping in.

Tune in to Bmitchlive.com and support.

Much obliged.

You were definitely the best guest on the show. The other guy in your time slot's only contribution was yelling "Hail to the Redskins."

Thanks guys. I was a little off if I'm honest, but watching the replay, I wasn't horrible.

I really enjoyed myself and think it's a really great thing that B is doing. I just posted a blog about it this morning:

http://bit.ly/nNHzdp

... and RiC - sure we all have concerns over how Grossman has looked the last two games, but I STILL think we have a shot at 10-6 - not saying we will be - just saying that it IS a possibility. Our defense is playing so well right now, that there will be a few games that 2 touchdowns and a FG or two, will be enough to win the game. Rex can manage that.

He needs to put away the mistakes, and this team can legitimately make the playoffs. Again, not saying they WILL, just that through 4 games, they've shown ME that they have it in them. Might take a few cards falling the right way, but that's what happens to teams with winning attitudes. They win games they shouldn't.

Appreciate the support guys, and I hope that I will be on again soon. Frankly it got my juices fired up, and I just might have to start doing podcasts again.

I think Dre did really well. He's chipping in with the Game Day preview article we started doing, and I think he's a sharp cat.

Reverend Redskin is... well, he's Reverend Redskin. You either love his fire, or hate his volume. Dude does say some funny stuff... you just can't always understand it for the yelling!

Coffee.

Oh, you mean last night? LOL

It was Root Beer actually. I'd love to act cool and say i was pounding booze - but these days, pop is a rare treat for me. I've lost 40+ pounds since the baby was born... most of it by completely removing any junk or processed food from my diet. No chips, no chocolate, no food from a box... and in about two more weeks, I'll hit 50 pounds lost and over 4 inches of waist line.

All is well with me and mine. Congrats on your baby, this is the first I've heard about him/her. Hope your getting some sleep.
Good job on the weight loss also. I've just recently started working out again after a 2 year bout of plantar fasciitis in both feet. I've got a ways to go to get back to fighting weight.

Good to hear you and yours are well Steve.

Yeah, little Tommy was born 8 months ago. There's a coupla pics of the little monster in this thread.

Feels great to have lost the weight, and to almost be down to my grade 10 weight. I walk my boy in the stroller every day, but as much as it's for some low impact exercise and get him lots of fresh air, spending that time with him is my favorite part of my day.

Sorry to hear about the PF in your feet, but since you're not quite back to fighting weight yet, wanna fight?

After you watch the B-Mitch Live show... that this thread is about... he said, desperately trying to keep the thread moderately on topic.

My point was that the subject of REX was worth of consideration during the show.

I agree that it is a LEGITIMATE possibility to go to 10 - 6 but I am not optimistic about it because Rex has a tendency to even his good play with ... bad play.

So, I am sticking to my 8 - 8 prediction and anything better than that is just gravy. Remember, there are other holes in this roster in addition to a franchise QB.

It's not their first show - they've talked about Rex a lot. Probably so much that they thought they'd tackle something else.

Rex has 'evened his good play with ... bad play' already, and we're still 3-1.

I guess they will pay attantion to the QB situation AGAIN this week.

The bubble did burst. We are 3-2 now and with the QB controversy everybody was wishing to avoid, or at least postpone as long as possible.
