I would look for Moss to have a big game too. Steve Smith killed this Cards secondary last week.

You are both right I think. I feel players always perform better when squared off against a team that got rid of them. Also since the Cards are in their first year switching to the 3-4, they'll have big time growing pains and they did give up one of their better defensive backs. I agree with Santana having a great game to the fullest.

If AAA gets on the field enough he will have well, WELL, over 100 yards. I could see two 50+ yard TDs for Armstrong he is easily the fastest WR that will be on the field Sunday.

I spoke to someone who went to a couple of their open practices during the summer and he said AA doesn't look the same like last year. He said he wasn't running the routes properly and had some easy passes that he dropped. I'm not sure if that's because our DBs were that good or maybe he just wasn't focused. Hopefully he'll sort it out though. I expect Gaffney to have a better year obviously as he's the #2 guy now.

Not sure where this is coming from. Armstrong was a significant part of our offense against the Giants. If he was running bad routes and not working hard, I doubt he'd have been a red zone target (he had 1 TD on 2 catches for 24 Yards). And his non-TD catch was for 18 yards, so he moved the chains in addition to scoring.

AAA dropped two tough passes both possible tds. the diving grab he made was highlight reel material for sure. every one has a big game and we make another statement to the hatters (trolls)

You are really going to hate it when Rex has a good year aren't you?

Believe in Rex it will happen

This could be a tight game

I think the Redskins are going to win this game. I am somewhat familiar with both teams and I can correct some impressions about the Cards. One is that someone posted that the Cards just switched to a 3 - 4 not true Whisenhunt started implementing the 3 - 4 when he got to Arizona 5 years ago. And I wouldn't call the Cardinal Defense bad either. It's the CBs that are the problem for them both are talented but they have been pressed into service with a new DC and a shortened preseason. So there is a lot of confusion there about there assignments. The DL and LBs are pretty good. In fact two of their LBs made the All PFF week 1 team. Only one player is selected for each position league wide.

Just like the Redskins, the Cardinals had a bad year last year and have retooled somewhat. Kolb is a question mark at present although he had a very good game against the Panthers coming in 3rd for QB rating in week one. Good news for the Redskins is that Daryl Washington may not play tomorrow due to a calf strain. He is definitely a budding star LB and will likely make pro bowl in his second year, this will help the Skins. Also if there continues to be confusion in the backfield and a learning curve problem for the Cards defense that is something that Rex and the offense can take advantage of. On defense, you will have to control Fitz and Beanie and rattle Kolb.

I think the Skins will win, if this turns into a tight game you shouldn't see it as back sliding especially if you go on to beat the Cowboys.
