2011 Hognostications Week 1

Talk about the AFC, NFC, the NFL Draft, College Football... anything football that has no Washington Football Team relevance.

I think we had more in week 1 who dropped out. But I'm not going to look it up. I'll let Deadskins add it to his list of research he's going to to say he's going to do, but never does...

Ouch. Nice one. I better get off this thread now though, as SJ probably needs the bandwidth to change his picks again...<whistling>

You mean except Deadskins final picks? How do we get his status of not having to sign up for the Fantasy league or submit his picks before the games???

10 - 6 for me this week, I think.

Not great, not bad. Just getting started to understand the REAL teams after pre-season.

Q: Most surprising upsets for me?

A: defeats of KC at home against the Bills and Atlanta away against the unpredictable Bears.

Cleveland fans must be feeling pretty low right now.

Am I glad we got rid of Stephon Heyer? Hell, yes!!!

Q: Easiest pick this week (other than the Skins)?

A: Houston over Indy. Peyton-less Colts fans are in for a treat this season.
Daniel Snyder has defined incompetence, failure and greed to true Washington Redskins fans for over a decade and a half. Stay away from football operations !!!

^^ - VERY interesting opening week

MAYBE I'm a little biased ... I think we look a lot better than a number of other teams

actually there are quite a few franchises in the "suck for Luck" sweepstakes and we're not even close

it's early yet and i'm sure that a number of franchises that were 'winners' this week are going to show their true colors in the coming weeks

I think I'm in the 10-6 category as well
Until recently, Snyder & Allen have made a lot of really bad decisions - nobody with any sense believes this franchise will get better under their guidance

You got your final picks yet? Hoss is going to need that. Or are you thinking asterisk to cover it?

Glad you're keeping a sense of humor about it...
