I don't know who made the worst decision, the Eagles for taking his sorry tail back, or Trotter for going back to the team that threw him out on his butt. And to make it worse for both of them, he repeastedly said how much he hated the way the eagles treated him. Maybe this is the move that gives the skins a shot!

I wouldn't count on it. If hell freezes over and he's introduced before a game I'd count on hearing a good, loud chorus of booing.

Yeah, I was getting that impressions from you original post, but I wasn't sure.

In a strange this way this may actually HURT the Eagles depth. They say Trotter is a backup (vet minimum sez that to me) that means that another young LB may not be able to make their team.
Does Trotter play STeams? Can he with his knees?

In LA, but a Skins fan at heart
It's actually a great sign for them. Less than a million bucks? Still 27 years old. Yes, questionable knees, but he FLOURISHED in that defensive scheme, and it's virtually no risk. The LB's that might get shafted now are Ena and Harrison, not a huge deal. Trotter's heart on the field is undeniable, it was just a bad match with the skins. It happens. General Failure....relax. Bottom line...it's a no-lose situation. The Eagles are better for it. The Skins are better off with him gone.

He had wonderful stats with the Eagles, but his run defense was horrible. Worse than what Simoneau had last year with no line in front of him. The team is not better with him, as he has no upside and is mediocre to begin with. Any jerk off the street with the magic word "potential" would have been a better move.

Be careful. Trotter is an absolute cancer inside the locker room. Whatever he does on the field...his locker room demeanor is gonna kill the Eagles. (I couldn't wish it on a nicer team.)

It's enough to make me want to drive a spike through my head. Or maybe somebody else's head. Yeah, I like that second one better.
