Fred Davis catch over the middle, fumbles, Colts guy grabs it and starts running without control of the ball, loses it, T Austin almost recovers, Helu grabs it runs a few more yards. Illegal formation by T Williams negated it.

Good throw to davis which resulted in a fumble and atleast 3 or 4 guys touched the ball only to be recovered by helu who ran it another 15 yards before being tackled. Then it got called back because of illegal formation

Or as nfl.com puts it

J.Beck pass short middle to F.Davis to WAS 45 for 16 yards (N.Triplett). FUMBLES (N.Triplett), declared dead at IND 45. PENALTY on WAS-T.Williams, Illegal Formation, 5 yards, enforced at WAS 29 - No Play.

Pathetic. We continue our tradition of being abysmal in the red zone. I couldn't care less how many yards we have. Yards don't equal points. You have to score touchdowns. We should be blowing them out by now. But instead we let opponents hang around even when we're dominating the game, and they end up coming back and we blow it in the end.
