G Donovan Raiola signed

Post by spudstr04 »

Redskins agreed to terms with C/G Donovan Raiola, formerly of the Bucs.
Raiola, a 28-year-old former undrafted free agent from Wisconsin, has appeared in just one career NFL game. He's probably just a camp body in Washington.

Has bounced around the league since 2006, as well as playing in the UFL.

His brother Dominic plays center for the Lions

Provides depth at center. I have no problem with bringing this guy in for camp.

I am sure he'll compete at center. It's where we're most thin. I got excited at first, because I thought we signed his brother Dominic

That would be hysterical of it wasn't so damned depressing!

Marginal starters.

I'm wondering why we don't bring Brian Waters and or Olin Krutz. These guys are known quanities. Too old the the Skins youth movement maybe?

Redskins getting younger!!!!! never thought I'd see it.

Jeff Garcia disapproves. Even with the UFL's stupid blitz rules, the Nighthawk offensive line was sive.

I thought it was Dominic as well. I had a tiny moment of exhilaration.
