What are YOU eating for Lunch...???
How about for dinner?
Do you know what's in your food?

Beware what you eat.

NO, I'm not a fear monger nor do I have any political ties to Big Corporations. I simply want to be educated and to inform my friends (you) and family about where much of our food comes from.

It's a expose' movie that will open your eyes. BE educated, watch this:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OEu27wZZtHI

So here's what I come away with:
1. grow your own little garden of veggies
2. be careful of GMOs, genetically MODIFIED organism (food)
3. catch your own food, fish, hunt, etc...
4. buy at Farmer's Markets instead of buying from the Big Dawg Corporations
5. Do you know that ONE burger patty (the one you just ate) could have meat from 30 different cows....YIKES

I hope NO ONE sues me for my comments - I'm simply recapping the movie.

***Enjoy your NEXT meal

YUP....hahaha, you remember..... ROTFALMAO

NO, I ate 1 or 2 in my entire life. It's an acquired taste ....which I have not acquired. Beside, those are HOME GROWN baluts from free ranging chickens, not mass produced in filthy, stinking, dark chicken houses.
