Only Mark May was a considered a stud coming out of college
The rest were coached up and fit the system
They were all young except Starke so almost all of them were around for years to come.

You don't have to go out and get the best linemen. You have to get guys who fit the scheme, can be coached, Buy into the scheme and work hard together. No Me Players! Ithelps for them to be young so they can be there for the future.
