Who will be in shape?
Who are some of the players that will come in, after the lockout ends, in fantastic shape and ready to play in some preseason games? I would say guys like London Fletcher and Laron Landry would come in prepared and ready to go. We all know AH will be rolling on the ground in no time, but who do you have faith in as far as being professional and coming in ready to play football?

Bro I saw a picture of Landry (recent summer 2k11 pic) and OMG dude, I didn't think he could get bigger than what we saw last year but he sure as heck did!!!! If his guns were cannons before, I have no idea what to call them now?!?!

Carriker is supposed to be a gymrat, so I am sure he comes in ready. I really don't see anyone NOT coming in ready to rock short of maybe a rookie. There is a curve in every facet, so some of them (maybe) come in a little out of shape.
...any given Sunday....

What a useless piece of propagandist rhetoric that is.

Last year Haynesworth was the only player that had to pass Shanny's conditioning test. The reason being, AH was the only player to miss more than 80% of the OTAs, This year had no OTAs so who knows how the whole conditioning test thingy will go.

Yeah, I saw it to so he has the in shape look down and he is probably hungry from last year when he was beasting it up and then got hurt.

I think the players here understand what their responsibilities are and what these coaches expect - i think we saw last year that the players that 'earn' their time on the field by both their conditioning and their practice habits will be a part of this franchise
I think that any player that shows up and has to get "caught up" to the shape of the other players around him, might not be a part of this franchise for very long
there are no more prima donnas on this Redskins team

Until recently, Snyder & Allen have made a lot of really bad decisions - nobody with any sense believes this franchise will get better under their guidance
Snyder's W/L record = 45% (80-96) - Snyder/Allen = 41% (59-84-1)

Really? Cuz Fat Al came in out of shape, collected a paycheck all season, and had to do very little work for it.

Wrong.
Players had zero access to facilities and no insurance against injury. Every team will have to deal with players working back into football shape.

I agree Chris - but I also think that players who have not been keeping in decent shape and who show up not ready to compete for their positions (no matter who) are going to have a hard time being on the roster here
I really like that these coaches and this regime put's a premium on players that show they want it bad.
I am looking for these coaches to make camp REALLY miserable for all that think they can get by showing up and saying "I didn't want to risk an injury" = good luck with that

I agree that there should be expectation within reasons.
