NO! Why are we even entertaining this?

I know why (Kyle), but WHY?

Really?? We are looking at a 31-year old wr that has 19 catches the last 3 seasons combined? Is Shanahan's plan to sign a different aging, over-the-hill wide receiver each offseason?

I hear Michael Irvin isn't playing for anybody right now.

This is great. Just what this team needs: an ancient (in WR years) WR that is injury prone...... I am sure this will work out well

Why can't we just stick to the same plan that LITERALLY ALL good NFL teams do: build through the draft. Bring in youth through the draft and invest in the younger players.
RIP Sean Taylor. You will be missed.

Didn't they learn anything from Galoway, R. Williams & Furrey?

It's not that bad of a deal guys settle down.....IF they sign him it'll be the vet minimum and he wont be a 1 or 2 or maybe even a 3 but will have extensive knowledge of Kyle's O and will be able to help out the young pups to speed up their knowledge of the offense. Plus if guys beat him out I'm sure they will cut him having learned from the Galloway situation last year.

My guess is that they haven't learned anything by the Galloway situation. Just another inexplicable move.

One of the best ways to help the younger wideouts in the OTA's (if we have them) and training camp (if we have it) is to bring in a vet who knows the offense. If Shanny signs him, could this be a window into who he is drafting number with the 10th pick? Julio Jones?

Andre Davis is waaaaaaaaaaaaaaay better than those guys but I don't want him here because he's injury prone. To hell with the age crap, look @ Derrick Mason for example. He's old and still balling his tail off because he hasn't had many injuries.

Andre is a good guy but I thought the Shanahan theme was to Get Younger.

I'd like to see a little less B.S. from the team management.

I don't want to see another entire camp wasted on the Portis, Johnson, Parker crowd just to end up not giving reps to the Torain crowd that need the work and have a future instead an ending to their past.
