The Redskins today tendered a restricted free-agent qualifying offer to outside linebacker Chris Wilson, according to a source with knowledge of the situation.
Wilson was tendered at the second-round level.
What that means for him, however, is not exactly clear because of the uncertainty regarding the expiring collective bargaining agreement between the NFL and the players union.
