Here's an excerpt from the police affadavit
Officers viewed recorded video footage from the establishment, which revealed that [Nixon] and [Shorter] engaged in a verbal altercation in front of the nightclub, which turned physical. [Shorter] briefly argued with [Nixon] and [Banks], then pulled a knife from his pocket, opened it and armed himself by holding the knife behind his back. [Nixon] then struck [Shorter] with his fist. [A bouncer] intervened to de-escalate the altercation and positioned himself between [Shorter], [Nixon] and [Banks]. As [the bouncer] stood between [Shorter], [Nixon] and [Banks], [Shorter] then reached over [the bouncer] and initially attacked [Nixon] with the knife. [Nixon] and [Banks] then became engaged in a physical altercation in which [Shorter] repeatedly stabbed [Nixon] and [Banks].

Actually, if they determine Banks and his buddy were drunk, antagonized the fight, attacked first and were involved in mob assault, Banks and his buddy are looking at time.
No, they aren't. At most Bank's buddy is looking at a misdemeanor assault charge for throwing a punch. Look at the police affidavit that I posted above. After the bounce had gotten between the two groups, the guy reached around the bouncer and stabbed Banks and his friend multiple times. A self-defense claim would never hold up under these facts.

Yes, Canes, I agree. I did not know any specific details to include the police report. I simply stated "if" what I had listed as an example happened, the two would be looking at charges.
Support the troops, especially our snipers.

I do not understand the clubbing scene and nor do I want to. If my kid, said that he was going clubbing, I would urge him to be careful and take certain precautions. I wouldn't say he was unwise, so Broomboy and Skins and the rest of you, count me as getting your points. I hate to admit I am wrong, but in this case I am.
I should recognize that these football players should not be "targeted" by us fans as not being wise when they are only doing what they like to do which is what everybody wants to do - the trhings that they like. So they make a milllion plus dollars - it is their life. Just be careful and if you are only 5'7" and weigh 147 pounds be extra careful, Brandon.
