Congrats Packers....!!!

Talk about the AFC, NFC, the NFL Draft, College Football... anything football that has no Washington Football Team relevance.

I am happy for my man Rodgers. I hate the $&^# stealers as NOVA has been infected with them and I am so sick and tired of hearing their mouths flap. Lets just say the sexburg stealers have been silent this week! AHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yeah, I don't care much for Chester the molester and the rest of Stealers, and I'm glad the Packers won and Rodgers got his 1st SB ring. He and the Packers deserve it!

He left the game because he threw an INT in OT, not because of an injury or concussion.

Haha...yes too funny. Game was over at that time. But yes, we banged him up from start to finish (I think). He had a concussion after the game and (I think) he missed a game or 2 after that.

LANDOVER, Md. (AP) -- Quarterback Aaron Rodgers got a concussion late in Green Bay's 16-13 overtime loss to the Washington Redskins, one of several injuries for the Packers on Sunday.

Rodgers was not made available to the media after the game. He did not miss any action but was slow to get up off the field after Green Bay's last offensive play, when he was intercepted by LaRon Landry.

Asked on which hit Rogers sustained the concussion, Packers coach Mike McCarthy said: "I think it was the one at the end of the game."

Rodgers was 27-for-46 for 293 yards with one touchdown pass and the one interception. The Packers' last seven possessions resulted in four punts, two missed field goals and the turnover.

Rodgers was one of a handful of Packers players who were hurt Sunday: linebacker Clay Matthews strained his left hamstring; tight end Donald Lee hurt his shoulder; tight end Jermichael Finley was carted off the field with a bad knee after Green Bay's second offensive play and will have medical tests Monday; defensive lineman Ryan Pickett left two plays later with a sprained ankle; and safety Derrick Martin sprained a knee.

Yeah, but he still played after he got concussed. It might have contributed to that INT, though.

Deadskins, I think you are thinking about the play play in which Rodgers got nailed deep in his own territory on the last drive during regulation that ended in the missed FG. I can't remember who hit Rodgers, but he was knocked woosey. He didn't come out of the game because he completed the pass for a long gain and a timeout was called. He continued playing in overtime where he threw an interception near the same spot that he was nailed during that last drive in regualtion. Technically, Rodgers did come out of the game after the Jarmon hit, because had Gano missed that kick, Rodgers would not have played.

Rodgers sustained a concussion during Sunday's overtime loss at Washington, but it's not clear - even to Rodgers - when he began experiencing the symptoms of a head injury.

McCarthy said Monday that Rodgers' concussion came on a helmet-to-helmet hit on the Packers' final offensive play of the game. Rodgers said that hit "definitely" made him feel worse and forced him out of the game, but acknowledged that he wasn't feeling "completely normal" even earlier.

http://www.signonsandiego.com/news/2010 ... s-to-play/

Note - Rodgers says he was
forced
out of the game. Note - Rodgers said he wasn't feeling
normal
before that.
That makes you right in that he kept playing after a concussion and his not feeling normal may have led to that Landry interception. That makes Tribe right that we knocked him out of the game and that Gano's kick made it all moot anyway because whether he could play or not, GAME OVER! Who says everybody can't be right?
