I am actually pulling for Grossman. I hope that he shows the system isn't the problem and it truly is McNNabb. We need a QB that is going to be here for a long time. Next years draft anyone?

Shanahan has a career 150-100 record(or so), I don't care what it looks like, I want a piece of that pie every year.

Can't give Mcnabb years to develop in this system, he needs to be effecive immediately.
