McNabb likened to a "rental car".....

Post by tribeofjudah »

This is according to Colin Cowherd....like him or NOT.

This is what I heard on the radio - as close as I can remember:

He's a rental car and you don't care if you spill coffee in it or not.

Dmac and Grossman is NOT what Shanny wants to leave as a "lasting" legacy. (meaning Shanny will make a QB switch down the road)

This is Shanny's last hurrah - likely be in DC for 5-7 years (Dmac, not so much)

Shanny is the workaholic, while Donovan is the lounge lizard

-----------------------------

Wow, I don't think Dmac, or Dnabb or McNugget....will be here in 2011.

just my My 2 cents

The Redskins are also a rental car. I think both he and the organization are trying each other out. He wants to see if he wants to play here and Shanahan/Allen want to see if he is worth bringing back. Even if Shanahan was impressed with his play, which obviously isn't the case, he may not want to come back so he isn't the only rental car in this situation. I think that is why there has been no progress that we know of in contract talks. Both sides want to see where this goes.

I normally listen to ESPN 980 but today I'm listening to Arrington and Chad Dukes - are you kidding me - what a load of :puke:
Until recently, Snyder & Allen have made a lot of really bad decisions - nobody with any sense believes this franchise will get better under their guidance
Snyder's W/L record = 45% (80-96) - Snyder/Allen = 41% (59-84-1)

i just posted in the shanny mcnabb thread but i think this thread is better. mcnabb is only being rented! soooo true. this is a trial season for shanny. no intention to win only to learn what the skins organization has already so over the next few years he can craft greatness

I thought things were getting better. But Shanny has kept the long history of clownish behavior alive and well. I cannot even turn on the radio in Philly. The team is a laugingstock.

You know, and Colin Cowherd has always been a McNabb supporter. I would have thought Donnie Mac and Shanahan build a winner and groom a QB in his last years before turning the HC duties over to Kyle and making Mike a team president.

I wouldn't listen to Colin Cowherd if he was the only thing on the radio. He's a d-bag with a 3rd rate understanding of anything sports related.

Here's an excerpt from a recent Cowherd rant about John Wall. Apparently you can craft a complete impression about somebody by watching a 30 sec dance called "The Dougie".
