They are repeatedly giving up huge yardage with those punts to the sidelines... that WILL bite us...

Smith is just doing what he's told... the man can punt, if they let him.

no kidding, i think someone on the Lions sideline actually told him to stop because he was making it look too obvious he had no clue where he was going.

Someone needs to tell the Redskins that the punt out of bounds is not a good strategy. The last 10 have been miserable failures.

And? These sideline punts are repeatedly giving the equivalent of 15-20 yard returns. They are now in Redskins territory, thanks to that. How about expecting the cover team to cover?

Retire Daniels. Freaking retire. You gave away 4 points (probably)

For some reason they don't.
Maybe it's because Horton is banged up. I don't know but everything has been to the sidelines since the big return

YEah, I highly effing doubt that 3 guys all jumped off together on 4th and 1 without the center doing something with the ball. Nice call ref.
I know he got a pretty good zip on the ball. He has a quick release. . . once I seen a coupla' throws, I was just like 'Yeah, he's that dude.'"

if they were on the 7, how is that not pass interference on the offense when he is 2 yards deep in the endzone?

Well... that touchdown was the direct result of yards given up by that decision to punt out of bounds, instead of expecting the cover team to cover and force more favorable field position.

It's just as stupid a decision as icing a kicker.

unreal... these guys are pathetic
May #21 never be worn again by another Redskin but may every Redskin play like they are wearing #21 on their backs.
