Which exit is that? I asked last week and the guy said exit 15 and that was wrong

Nope, it's exit 15. When you take exit stay left and take left at light. That's from the outer loop. If you went by there last week and didn't go inside, then you would have missed 'em. No one selling PP was outside in the rain; they were all in McD's...
