Seahawks sign Ganther

Talk about the AFC, NFC, the NFL Draft, College Football... anything football that has no Washington Football Team relevance.

Seahawks sign Ganther

Posted by Gregg Rosenthal on March 17, 2010 11:55 PM ET
Pete Carroll's crew added a player Wednesday that should cost a little less than Charlie Whitehurst.

Quinton Ganther signed with the Seahawks, according to Ganther's agent David Canter.

The former Redskins running back will compete for a roster spot as a reserve and special teamer

I don't think they should have let this guy go that easily. He looked like an upgrade from CP, Betts and Rock; all while running behind a make shift offensive line last season.

Agreed. The guy ran hard, fought like a rabid dog for yards, and kept his mouth shut. I'd have kept him over CP.

So who's going to play rb once CP gets injured and LJ gets thrown off the team/suspended/arrested?

I agree with everything you said. With the short amount of time he was with our team he really impressed me.

CP won't get hurt until after LJ is back from his suspension and will be back from his injury before Larry is arrested
