It is with great pleasure that I announce the new 2009 Hognostication Champion. Congratulations to TeeterSalad with a very impressive record of 171-85. After 256 games he managed to pick almost 67% correct! Outstanding job brother!!!!!

Thanks Hoss, and a big thanks for putting this whole thing together, I had a blast! I'll definately be back for next season to defend my Championship! The only thing that would've been better is if the Skins actually won all the games I picked them in (they would be 16-0.) :wink:

As the '09 Champ the beers are on you guys right??

Congratulations, Teetersalad! I also congratulate Hoss for a job well done. I believe this is my best finish yet, thanks to the Redskins, of course.

With full confidence that this team and new administration will turn things around, I predict you will see less picks against the Skins from yours truly in '10.

Congrats to the playoff contenders, as well!

You're welcome fellas. It can be tedious and time consuming, but I do this for you all to enjoy.

Hopefully, next season we can enjoy hognostications the way we used to play it.

Even though I wasn't a participant, I've got to make a special mention of the thanks Hoss deserves. Not only is he a heavy hitter on mod duties (especially by taking care of the things that when he does a good job nobody notices — i.e., the 'janitorial' role), but he put a lot of sweat into this cherished THN tradition as well. I can't imagine how much time he's diverted from other things to make this happen. Many thanks, Hoss!
