Ah sonofa.....Brian Cushing wins Defensive Rookie of the year. Well good for him but I was so looking forward to be super Skins proud about something :(

No real surprise. Cushing had twice as many tackles as Orakpo.

You can still be proud man. Rak had a heck of a season. 11 sacks is great. Rak also made the pro bowl.

It is hard to argue against another good rookie as well. Cushing had a great year and so did Rak. Either one deserved the title. Just remember that Rak was a rookie and has hopefully many years more.

You still have a ton to be proud of, as far as Orakpo is concerned. 11 sacks, including 4 in a single game. He's a monster. Cushing simply put up numbers too good to be denied the award, but I think may be the better players long term.

Cushing deserves this. It's good that 'rak got some love, but it was clearly Cushing's award. Congrats to him.
