Hognostications Week 17 FINAL

Talk about the AFC, NFC, the NFL Draft, College Football... anything football that has no Washington Football Team relevance.

Look at it as "picking in favor of better draft position".

That's my thinking also. A lot of these teams have wrapped up the playoffs. They have nothing to play for except to stay healthy. Should be an exciting Sunday.

I've been put in the unenviable situation where I need to beat Teetersalad by three games this week for the tie, and four games if I want sole posession of the championship. After making my picks, they were almost identical to the salad's, so I'm going to go out on a limb on several games, and hope for a miracle. Luckily, in this final week, several teams may be resting starters, so the underdogs have a special chance here. Of course, I'll probably just go down in flames.

Bills
Saints
Jaguars
Texans
Vikings
49ers
Buccaneers
Steelers
Bears
Smeagols
Broncos
Ravens
Titans
Redskins <-- I would never take the easy way here, unlike some we all know.
Cardinals
Jets

Tie-Breaker= 42

Crap! The salad changed his picks between when I first started making mine, and when I finished them. Now I have to go back to my originals on those games:

Colts
Saints
Jaguars
Patriots
Vikings
49ers
Buccaneers
Steelers
Bears
Smeagols
Broncos
Ravens
Titans
Redskins <-- I would never take the easy way here, unlike some we all know.
Cardinals
Bengals

Haha, my picks are now final. Or maybe I'll change them back? If I was smart (and lame) I would pick the same exact picks as you and secure the W but lets see how this week pans out, should be interesting. Good Luck!

Until recently, Snyder & Allen have made a lot of really bad decisions - nobody with any sense believes this franchise will get better under their guidance
Snyder's W/L record = 45% (80-96) - Snyder/Allen = 41% (59-84-1)

Important question - is there a buy in or is a free "all bragging rights" league?

No buy in, for bragging rights only.

As the 2008 season champion, let me be the first to congratulate you, unofficially of course - well done

I think we can safely call it. Congratulations!

As for me:
always a bridesmaid, never a bride. :(

I did however, achieve a couple of milestones this year: The first ever perfecto, and the career hognostications title.
