Gano looked good
Graham Gano kicked the ball well on kickoffs and made two field goals. Excellent pickup for the Redskins.

The guy hit a 46 yder...what constitutes a long FG? I do agree with wanting to see him hit a kick under pressure. But I would think that playing in your 1st NFL game with a team who just let their kicker go for missing kicks has to constitute a fair amount of pressure.

Janikowski tried a 66 yarder, does that count?? What were they thinking?
Gano looked good but thats only 2 for 2, Suisham was 13-13 or something this year before he fell apart.

Well he hit a 54 yarder that would have been good from 66 so I see why they did it at the end of the half.

I agree that he played very well. I liked what I saw from him yesterday, despite not being high on him going into the game. Let's see if he keeps it up for the rest of the season and into camp next summer.

Man I forgot what it looked like to have a ball sail over the returners head on a kickoff, and not once but TWICE!
I thought Gano looked great, and that 46 yarder would have been good from 55. He looks to have a real deal leg

It would have been closer but I'm not convinced even that one would've gone from in from 66. Either way Janikowski has a real boot, whens the last time we hit a FG from 50+ not even once this season, but that could change w/ Gano in there.

Agreed...that what I said above../I want to see a long (50+) and I want to see some pressure (game onthe line) kicks.
