I think the overall fanbase is ok with this move.

On a "Human Being" front, there is no reason to rush his return. he doesn't need to risk another concussion to play. It's not worth his long term well being.

Looks like they might want to preserve his trade value, in my opinion. My 2 cents

I'm happy with the move. We need to stick with the hot hand, and right now, Portis is only luke warm, at best.
