Devin Thomas made at least four separate tacklers miss and it was such a blur you almost forgot it was a laterally thrown, naked screen pass. The truth about WR's in this league is, as in the case of Marques Colston, they don't become #1's until teams go to them as #1's. Can anyone remember Thomas' last dropped ball?(I'm not going to accept Campbell's pass behind him in the endzone) This team needs a dangerous Devin Thomas, for the sake of Santana,

They always talk about his shortcomings as the reason he isn't getting the playing time he wants. If for some reason he still has the problem of not running the correct routes then we need to do at least three screen passes to Devin per game to keep defenses aware of him. We saw Kelley pick up a nice gain yesterday and Fred Davis led all recievers in yards and catches. With decent running and enough threats on the field, this offense can be very difficult to load up on. I'm also in favor of keeping everyone in to block with only two WR's going out. Getting Defenses tired can only help the Oline run and pass better.
We need to start forcing the use of our offensive threats until teams have to adjust. There is real talent on this roster, just not on the O-line. Help them play better by spreading it around.
