Geez!!!!

It was a joke!!!!!!!! LaVar even had a towel in the other hand to whipe that off of his face. He didn't mean to hurt him and he PUBLICLY apologized once he did. LaVar knows he screwed up. You can bet other teamates are wondering why he didn't use whip cream. I doubt this will happen again. Sean Taylor had problems with his eyes and he got them washed out. Now he's fine.

This is blown waaaaaaaaaay out of proportion if you ask me.

PS- This would NEVER have happened if we got Winslow!

Get off your Winslow kick. We got a better player out of the deal who isn't already threatening to hold out until he get paid like the #1 overall pick, with Aagents who would be a nightmare.

Perhaps you are not familiar with sarcasm, allow me to introduce you two:

Sarcasm, this is Redskins 1974 and 1niksder... play nice.

Seriously though, why would Arrington make it out of shaving cream? Whipped cream seems less dangerous and just as cheap...

If Lavar had pulled this prank on Winslow, I'm sure the Poston's would be in Mr. Snyder's office this morning.

It's Monday - my bad. Whipped cream would have been the smarter move.

LOL it would go something like this.

"Synder we need to renegoitate our Clients deal. Cann't you see he is a soldier. He took that shaving cream pie in the face and kept on doing the interview. Oh and shaving cream you telling us our client isn't good enough for a WHIP CREAM PIE. This is ridiculous." AS ALL 3 OF THEM WALK OUT.

SORRY COULD NOT RESIST.

Yeah, it just seems like shaving cream is mean!

I mean even if it wasn't in his eyes, what if it got in his mouth? Yuck!

Do you keep whipped cream in your locker room?? You are a baseball fan I know and they do this almost every night in baseball games.... you see it on ESPN all the time.... and it's always shaving cream...

I guess Lavar wanted to make sure he got the hair out of his eyes. When they ask the rookies to sing, Sean will sing that old familiar tune, "I can see cleary now, the shaving creme is gone".

Does anyone know if a video clip of the "pie incident" is available for viewing on the internet?

Still, they always give them a little warning (with a loud battle cry) and they usually don't smash them in the face full force...

Have you heard Jim Rome this morning? He's ripping LaVar a new one... sad as it is, it's hillarious...

"Welcome back coach, yeah... you know that new rookie we drafted? He might be blind..."

"Blind?! What do you mean?"

"Well you know LaVar, jokester that he is smashed him in the face with a pie pan full of shaving GEL..."

Yeah, and now Taylor is wearing wrap around glasses and refusing to comment on any of this...

It was actually GEL not cream, shaving gel... I am not outraged like some, but geez... this is an embarassment to the team that we're this stupid...

Lucky for us LaVar is smarter ON THE FIELD.

Battle cry? now i think were exagerating our point a little, where's the training school for proper cream to face technique  it's always in the face almost every time... theres no rule book on the proper way to cream somebody in the face... some of you guys are walking around here like you sit upon high horses.... Lavar was joking around.... Do you guys not joke around??? The joke took a wrong turn, but at the end of the day there was NO motive to injur Taylor.... it was suppose to be funny and had Taylor not gotten hurt we'd all be laughing wether it was Shaving Cream or Whip Cream.... but since Taylor got hurt, we want to blame somebody, call lavar an idiot, tell the proper way to do something.... please... the joke went sour and it was an accident..... that's all....

There was no motive to injure Taylor, but I'm sure Justice Hog would tell you that this is wreckless endangerment, or somesuch, haha...

But c'mon... you can't defend the lack of thought that went into this... he used SHAVING GEL. It's packed full of chemicals! This isn't shaving cream, it's gel... GEL!

What LaVar did was dumb, plain and simple... had the "joke" been planned better no one would have gotten hurt...

Maybe LaVar should have pitched hot coffee in his face?

The future of the Redskins had dangerous chemicals ground into his eyes, I am not calling for LaVar to be drawn and quartered but it was stupid nevertheless...

DUDE!!!!!! Shaving GEL goes on your FACE.... your EYES are on your FACE.... If this stuff was so lethal or dangerous....
It wouldn't be aloud to get so close to your eyes.... do you shave??? Have you ever gotten it in your eye?? It stings a little... but you survive.... Taylor will too....

All bad, ill-timed, played out, and irresponsible jokes aside, I agree with BTP.

It was an accident. But, it is definitely unnerving to know that our "next best thing" was inadvertently injured by our prize "Last Best" thing. This could be the basis for a new FOX show: "When Pranks Go Bad".

Yeah, I heard that the extent of Sean taylor's blindness was played up in the media in order for him to wear his "throwback" Jack Kent Cooke wrap-around sunglasses. 8)

Will this "retro" fad EVER end?????
