Cerrato visits Zorn's office to discuss Largent comments.
For the love of God, Cerrato... leave him alone! You're going to fire him anyways and everyone knows you suck at what you do... who cares what is made public???

Not only that, but they mention that Joe Gibbs tried to bring over Bobby DePaul from the Chicago Bears? I looked him up and he's the Director of Pro Personnel. What happened exactly, did Gibbs run into resistance from Danny or was DePaul justcomfortable staying in Chicago?

Dan will hire Gibbs to fire Vinnie because he cant do it him self. He is going to wantg distance himself from Vinnies debackle.
Remember Vinnie was the one that dismantled the 49ers regime to nothing . This is what he has done here . Pleasse tell me what has he done that qualifies him the position that he holds?
When Gibbs came back for round 2 he tried to bring people in at different levels but was not allowed to with opposition from people up above?
Now Bobby DePaul on the other hand has been around with the Redskins the last time they won the Super Bowl. His was with Beatheard and Gibbs during that stint. It probably assisted him in getting him where his is today.
Dan did hire his assistant, so they did want some one , but did they get what they want or just a small part of it.
This guy did get Cutler pretty easily and the Redskins sold the house to get him and Shanahan. It wasnt pretty when they fell flat on their face. Lots of damage control on that one . Thats where the season started fail right there.....
Bobby DePaul knows players and everything else to run a team,he did relieve you of Archeletta didn't he.So don't blast him .Bears have done well I would say.I am sure if he was GM with out interference he could turn it around.

Unless Grimm comes with a GREAT GM with full control, I would not want him to waste his time and ruin his career here. Not ... YET.welch wrote:Joe Gibbs knows football. Probably only Gibbs can rid the Redskins of Cerrato, but, of course, Snyder and Cerrato have dropped most of the coaching staff that Gibbs built when he returned.
In my heart, I think these are grim times that require Grimm people. (Just a wish...)
Daniel Snyder has defined incompetence, failure and greed to true Washington Redskins fans for over a decade and a half. Stay away from football operations !!!

I feel the same way about players and more specifically Samuels. Want an awesome talent wasted...

Yeah but they probably didn't pay them $10 million each.
YOu sir, are the winner.
