Here is my thoughts on this franchise.

"Ditch the bandaids. One big name is not going to fix anything for this team. We need a football surgeon to come in and make the big fix here and rebuild this team offensively."

Mitch,
I'd like to stress to fans that we need to keep the heat on making front office changes. Keep the pressure on Vinny while we have the chance. Don't let your foot up for one second or that snake will come back to bite.

Sure, we have problems with our players and coaches. I know there needs to be wholesale changes, but all the ineptitude points to one person. The architect of the team. He's the one who put this whole thing together.

The fans have voiced it for years, then the media, then we had former players voicing their dissatisfaction, and now we have actual players on the team speaking up about Vinny and the front office.

Mitch...KEEP THE PRESSURE ON Vinny PLEASE. It's a revolution baby

Also, Mitch, a suggestion.

Bring in Dungy as Team President. Let him do his activism and lobbyist activity in DC (where it should be done) while bringing respect back to the Chief. Let him hire the GM and have oversight on every matter. Give him an ownership stake. Whatever it takes.

What gives Dan Snyder or Vinny Cerrato the right to think that they know what is best for the Washington Redskins?

I hope Dan Snyder follows your advice. Hire somebody competent as a GM and get out of the way!
