I'll also suggest that if we do win this game a number of guys here at THN that predicted 8-8 or 9-7 will "re-think" their prediction by more than just a game  win or lose, I predict an 8-8 or 9-7 season based only on my feeling that is how good a team we are overall - like I've said before we were not as good as 6-2 last year or as bad as 2-6 BUT we are not a good team overall and that means more mediocrity

I do think we have a very good chance to beat this team this week and that's a good thing
Until recently, Snyder & Allen have made a lot of really bad decisions - nobody with any sense believes this franchise will get better under their guidance
Snyder's W/L record = 45% (80-96) - Snyder/Allen = 41% (59-84-1)

We are not as physical as them, running right at them is not the answer. We gotta dial it up through the air, attack their battered secondaRy. We must PASS to set up the RUN. Running to set up the pass will not work and that was proven time and time again last year.

We must pass to get the running lanes clear. Pass to balance and stretch the strength of their defense which is the line. Then and only then will CP get yardage.

TD's and no FG's.

Our OLB's will be the focal point of this game. Thats where the Gnats will attack. They may test the center of our D but that wont last. Expect Orakpo and Mac to see alot of Jacobs, Bradshaw and Boss. Were gonna need big time play out of our OLB's to win. I suspect the Giants will try to give their secondary some help, we could make hay on the ground if we can back em out of the box a bit

How to beat the Giants? Simple!

Like Chef told the South Park dancers...

"We just gotta buckle down, dig deep, and pray that maybe the other team comes down with cancer."

Honestly, though...

As mentioned above, convert third downs. Control the clock and win time of possession by 6-8 minutes. Keep it from turning into a track meet. Turn the Giants one-dimensional in the fourth quarter.

I still don't like this matchup at all, though. Especially in The Meadowlands.

Rogers will be starting while Wynn will be on the inactive list because Jarmon is on the active roster. Big surprise there but I love the move.

I think that the team didn't expect Jarmon to develop so quickly. Sounds like he is working hard at earning a roster spot, and probably gunning for one of those starting positions. . .love it.
