Hognostications - week 1

Talk about the AFC, NFC, the NFL Draft, College Football... anything football that has no Washington Football Team relevance.

I did not get a chance to say thank you - thanks Hoss for all you do, JockO
Until recently, Snyder & Allen have made a lot of really bad decisions - nobody with any sense believes this franchise will get better under their guidance
Snyder's W/L record = 45% (80-96) - Snyder/Allen = 41% (59-84-1)

Its up to Hoss as to whether he will accept late picks this week, but he's putting in a lot of work to make this thing happen, and we are going to have to institute a strict deadline each week to make sure he has time to get them all in beginning next week.

Because of the late start in hognostications this year coupled with the early Thursday night game, I have entered all picks. If you did not post picks prior to Thursday night's game you will take the loss. Deadlines starting week 2 will be strictly enforced.

D'oh!

I've been watching Hog Wash instead of ATL, and so missed the lion's share of Week 1 of Hognosticating. What a dumbass; nothing like digging oneself a 7-8 game hole right out of the gate, I always say...

Well, given the time of this post I hope I'll get credit for the late and Monday night games at least. Thx in advance fellas (Hoss in particular).

Here follow my picks for the 1:15 PM starts today plus the two MNF games:

49'ers
Redskins
Seahawks
Packers
Patriots
Chargers

EDIT: N/M. I just read Hoss' post above mine, and my stupidity has cost me this entire week. Se la guerre, live and learn. Still a lot of season left...

Ahh, brother, you are too kind. Thank you sir, and I promise this will not happen again. My point total btw, assuming it's necessary with an abbreviated picksheet this week, is 48 for the Bolts - Raidahs game.

Again, my thanks. :D

Until the Redskins decide to field a professional team this year, I will continue to pick against them.

Their performance on Sunday was embarassing, and my picking the Giants had absolutely nothing to do with it.

Yeah, I saw when you initially entered there were no picks for MNF, then you posted that you edited and picked the tie-breaker. I check and see you still did not pick any MNF games..... WTF?

Like our home team, I said I would be ready for opening day, and failed to perform.
