I'd say middle third.
Somewhere from 11 to 20, depending on how much he steps up this year.
The players he is definitely ahead of:
J. Russell
M. Stafford - rookie
M. Sanchez - rookie
Favre - I gave up on him a few years ago when he threw that give up wounded duck against philadelphia in overtime in the playoffs that cost them the game. He just doesn't care anymore.
Anyone in San Fran
T. Edwards
K. Orton
K. Collins
Anyone in Cleveland
D. Garrard
M. Scaub
(over garrard and schaub due to turnovers and injury history).
So a middle of the pack guy capable of being above average. He has a higher career QB rating than Eli Manning, though obviously not a Super Bowl ring or playoff success.

With the Cardinals reaching the Super Bowl, is Dan Snyder officially the worst owner in the league?

They got their vote counters from Iran.
More likely from Chicago...

I presume the poll is based on opinion of what will happen not what has happened and I would like to think that Campbell is statistically going to have a good year and get a lot more support this year from his line and his receivers
I do not think he's a great QB but I would like to think he's going to be a top 15 as far as what we do this year - unfortunately for him, too many things have to go right for him to be looked at as having a "good year" but that is how things go - we seem to find it hard to judge a QB on how he does his job and want to look at his performance only based on stats
Campbell was not the main reason we did not do well offensively and unless a lot of good things happen around him he will be mis-judged again - this guy is a good (not great) QB who has a very good RB but not a lot else
I just hope that both Campbell and Zorn are on the team next year - I think they can both help this team be better in the future.

Until recently, Snyder & Allen have made a lot of really bad decisions - nobody with any sense believes this franchise will get better under their guidance
Snyder's W/L record = 45% (80-96) - Snyder/Allen = 41% (59-84-1)

Jason Campbell is completely unproven and unless he transforms this year, I think he will be a thing of the past. Zorn, however, needs to stay to implement his system and Snyder should let him grow. Zorn does have the "it" factor as a coach as he did as a player.
Campbell's got to be on on the short leash-- aside from "flashes" I don't get the impression he as the "it" factor at all to win games consistently. Confidence and his feel for pressure in the pocket, when to throw it away, when to run, just isn't there. I don't see it.
He's mediocre at best and is near the top of the bottom half, right now, maybe slipping to the middle of the bottom.

He's going to be in uncharted territory, though, with the same offense. He'll improve from last year, but, will it be enough?

good point VSF - I really did not express that well -

I mean't that I think the poll is more about what we feel we will see from Campbell and to extrapolate the facts and not base anything on what we saw last year (or, the last few years) - I am hopeful that given a number of things going well for us this year, Campbell will help the team offensively this year - I do not think he is the leader we need at the QB position but I do think he has the physical attributes to be a good QB in the NFL.
Campbell, in my opinion is a very good QB with a lot of qualities that should place him in the top half of the NFL but he does not seem to have the mental sharpness or leadership edge that I think is needed to be a top 10 QB.
hopefully, for all our sake, he gets that this year
